Do I have to sign a contract?
No. With Happy Home, customer service is key. If you are not completely satisfied there is no contract to worry about. We prefer good relationships, communication and referrals. We also appreciate any suggestions to help us service your home better.

What are your working hours?
We work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also work occasional Saturdays but not a regular schedule. Even though our work day is over at 5:00 p.m., if you need to reach us please leave a message and we will return your call.

Does someone need to be home when you clean?
No. For the most part our clients provide us with a key to their home which we number with a "code" for security purposes. Other clients have someone at the house, give a garage code, etc. This is whatever you are comfortable with.

Is insurance provided?
As stated in our services, our employees are bonded and insured. It is very important to have a service that provides worker's compensation coverage. If an employee is injured on the job and WSIB converage is not in place, the homeowner could be liable.

What do I have to do before a clean?
As stated, we provide all cleaning materials. What we do ask is for you to take a little time the evening before to pick up clothing, toys, etc. This is so you can get the most from your cleaning. The house will be tidy, clean and smell great! If time is not available, we will do a quick pick up of items and put them on a bed - but we would rather spend the time cleaning!
